This role is hiring Behavioral Health LPNs for a Columbus facility partner.
This role mixes medication support, milieu awareness, and calm de-escalation.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications on a psych/behavioral unit
- Observe and document behavioral changes
- Support crisis prevention and de-escalation
- Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and techs
Requirements
- Ohio LPN license
- Behavioral health experience preferred
- Strong boundaries and communication
- Ability to remain calm under stress
Pay
- $27–$32/hr
- Shift differentials for evenings/nights
