    Job description

    This role is hiring Behavioral Health LPNs for a Columbus facility partner.

    This role mixes medication support, milieu awareness, and calm de-escalation.

    Responsibilities

    • Administer medications on a psych/behavioral unit
    • Observe and document behavioral changes
    • Support crisis prevention and de-escalation
    • Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and techs

    Requirements

    • Ohio LPN license
    • Behavioral health experience preferred
    • Strong boundaries and communication
    • Ability to remain calm under stress

    Pay

    • $27–$32/hr
    • Shift differentials for evenings/nights
