This role is hiring a LPN - Skilled Nursing / Long Term Care for a facility in Phoenix, AZ.
Pay: $38/hr
Location: Phoenix, AZ
License: Active LPN required (AZ license or compact preferred)
Assignment: Local / ongoing
Shift: rotating · 12-hour
