Job description
This role needs LPNs for a skilled nursing partner on Chicago’s south/west corridors.
You will own a medication cart, support wound care, and work closely with CNAs and the DON.
Responsibilities
- Complete timely medication passes
- Monitor residents with chronic conditions
- Assist with treatments and wound protocols
- Communicate changes to the supervising RN
Requirements
- Illinois LPN license
- SNF/LTC experience strongly preferred
- Strong medication accuracy
- Ability to lift/transfer with team support
Pay
- $30–$37/hr based on experience and shift
- Overtime available
