    Job description

    This role needs LPNs for a skilled nursing partner on Chicago’s south/west corridors.

    You will own a medication cart, support wound care, and work closely with CNAs and the DON.

    Responsibilities

    • Complete timely medication passes
    • Monitor residents with chronic conditions
    • Assist with treatments and wound protocols
    • Communicate changes to the supervising RN

    Requirements

    • Illinois LPN license
    • SNF/LTC experience strongly preferred
    • Strong medication accuracy
    • Ability to lift/transfer with team support

    Pay

    • $30–$37/hr based on experience and shift
    • Overtime available
