About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical team with our hospital partner on a contract basis. As a mid-level nurse, you will have the opportunity to work onsite in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care to a diverse range of individuals. The salary range for this position is $45-$50 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Providing education and support to patients and their families
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Hold a current Registered Nurse license in the United States
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical surgical setting
• Possess strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be able to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
