Registered Nurse - ICU

**About the Role** We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our ICU team at the hiring organization in Houston, TX. As a full-time, onsite employee, this individual will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment. **Responsibilities** - Provide patient care in accordance with established standards and policies - Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by physicians - Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans - Monitor patient conditions and report any changes or concerns to physicians and other healthcare professionals - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information - Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices **Requirements** - Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure - Experience working in an ICU setting - Current certifications in ACLS and BLS - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Strong communication and critical thinking skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information - Willingness to adapt to changing situations and priorities Active RN license; ICU experience; ACLS; BLS
