Job description
3B Healthcare is submitting for an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab RN (travel) with a CommonSpirit-associated acute care partner in Arizona.
## Schedule
- Shift: 0700–1930 (7a–7:30p)
- Shift length: 12 hours
- Guaranteed hours: 36/week (3x12s)
- Call required: 1 night per week + up to every other weekend
- Call rate structure applies; holiday/charge differentials per contract
## Unit
- Unit: Cardiac Cath Lab (3 rooms)
- Care setting: Acute / high-acuity diagnostic & interventional
- ~3000 cases/year
- Cases include diagnostic/interventional cardiac cath, TAVR, Mitraclip, peripheral vascular, STEMI tertiary referral work
- Equipment exposure may include Rotablator, IVUS, Shockwave, Impella, Balloon Pump
- Chest Pain Center accredited
- EMR: Cerner + Merge Hemodynamics
- Scrubs provided
- Radiation badge required (supplied by agency)
- Floor-specific orientation: 2 shifts (12 orientation hours)
## Requirements
- Active RN license eligible for submission
- 2+ years Cardiac Cath Lab experience
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required
- BSN not required
- Techs on unit (CV Tech or Rad Tech with Cath experience)
- 2 supervisor references from modality (charge accepted): 1 within 12 months and 1 within 3 years
- Copy of driver's license at submittal (legal name must match government ID / Pulse)
## Compliance notes
- Candidates may not have been directly employed (FT/PT/PRN) by CommonSpirit / CHI / Dignity facilities within the past year (agency PRN history may still be considered)
- Prior to contract signing: DYS exam through UNA required within 24–48 hours (pass/fail, 2 attempts; Relias Dys within last 12 months may be accepted)
- Hospital cancellation policy: up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment (3 shifts if assignment is shorter)
- Manager interview after Med Sol prescreen
## Pay
- Traveler rate: $80/hr
