Go to the login page and click "Forgot password". You'll receive a reset link by email within a few minutes.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Can I post jobs for free?
We offer a free tier for posting jobs with basic features. Paid plans unlock AI matching, analytics, and bulk posting.
Which countries do you operate in?
McKent currently serves the United States, UAE/Gulf region, and India. More markets are coming soon.
How does AI candidate matching work?
Our AI analyses the semantics of job descriptions and candidate profiles — not just keywords — to rank applicants by fit. Match scores consider skills, experience level, location, and role requirements.
