3B Healthcare is staffing an experienced Medical-Surgical RN for a hospital partner in Austin.
You will manage a mixed acuity med-surg assignment, coordinate discharges, and keep physicians updated on patient changes throughout the shift.
What you will do
- Provide bedside care for med-surg adults
- Monitor telemetry and escalate changes quickly
- Complete accurate charting in the facility EHR
- Support admissions, transfers, and discharge teaching
What you need
- Active Texas RN license (or compact)
- BLS; ACLS preferred
- At least 1 year med-surg or stepdown experience
- Comfortable with 12-hour rotations
Pay & schedule
- $39–$52/hr based on experience
- Day and night openings
- Weekly pay options available for qualified contracts
